Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally (PR) and USA

Shipping times:

• We prepare USA orders from monday to wednesday.
• We ship from Puerto Rico and USA orders regularly take from 2-5 business days to be delivered at your home via USPS.  
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $150 will have free shipping.
• Orders  between 1 to 3 plants will be charged for $10 shipping and between 3 to 6 plants, for 20$. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for all customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards with Mastercard or Visa, PayPal and Shopify pay.

 We will cancel and refund your order minus a 30% restocking fee within 24 hours after your purchase --- if your order hasn't entered the packing phase.  After 24 hours we will issue store credit for the full purchase price.  Otherwise, all sales are final. 

Yes, but you must put it in the order notes.  We are able to hold orders for up to 2 weeks, please take this into account when you submit a hold request as our space is limited. You are responsible for contacting us when you're ready for us to ship your plants.  Orders placed without this information in the order notes will likely be sent out during our regular shipping days.  If you forget to request it in the order notes please email us ASAP at our email jurassicplantspr@gmail.com or be in contact with us through our website chat.  Please include your name and order number to expedite this process.
